Brainy Educare Reveals Plans for Children’s Day 2021 Celebration!

It’s that time of the year again when we celebrate the essence of our existence. Children have always been the reason for joy and happiness in every family; and as the 31st President of The United States, Herbert Hoover, said, “children are our most valuable resource.”

One can only guess how much importance and grace children bring into our lives. Even with their flaws, inefficiencies, and mistakes, they bring that unique beam to our faces.

Children’s day was first celebrated in 1925, after it was proclaimed during the World Conference on Children Welfare in Geneva. Since then, different countries have set specific dates to celebrate children.

In Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, and Chad, Children’s day is celebrated on the 25th of December.

In Russia, as well as China, this auspicious day is celebrated on the 1st of June.

Nigeria declared May 27th as its official Children’s day, and since 1965, it has been celebrated with different events.

Brainy Educare’s Children’s Day Conference

The Children’s day conference is Brainy Educare’s annual free Children’s day event. It features fun and inspiring speakers who help the children see life in a more beautiful perspective.

With topics like Marginal Efforts and Emotional health and wellbeing, the Conference equips children with the early tools they need to navigate life.

Due to the covid-19 pandemic, 2020 Children’s day celebration was done virtually (as will this year’s celebration). Feedback from parents and the children’s active participation showed us that indeed, they loved the topics on Emotional Wellbeing.

This year’s celebration is going to be in style.

Children’s Day 2021 Celebration

The outbreak of the Coronavirus pandemic wrecked a lot of havoc on our society – economically, emotionally, and psychologically. Over 3 million people have died as a result of the virus and many more are still battling.

The attending lockdown also caused economic hardship for everyone and caused a great strain in the country.

The effects are even more pronounced in children. Outdoor exploration and social interactions are needed for the robust growth of a child, but the lockdown prevented this.

Kids had to adjust to the new and unpleasant lifestyle of being at home all day. The introduction of virtual learning also caused more stress as many children were spending more time on their gadgets than they were with other people.

When you sum all of these problems, it is very clear that there is a need to rebuild our world – and that’s exactly what we will do!

This year’s Children’s Day Conference has been tagged “We, the Future: Rebuilding Our World One Step at a Time.”

We intend to help kids learn how to cancel out the negative effects of the pandemic and also contribute to the growth of the society at large. If anyone can solve our problems, it is young people.
